It's simple; we love to help new and established brands grow, that is our passion, and we are relentless about it. Having hired and fired way too many agencies in my career, it's clear the model is broken. Rareview is different. Chuck Pearson

Chuck is the CEO & Managing Director of Rareview where he oversees all aspects of the agency, but specifically concentrating on design and user experience. Chuck has 15 years of expertise working with Fortune 500 companies and VC funded startups. Chuck has led the branding, strategy, marketing, design, and development efforts on hundreds of projects, has designed and built high profile apps which have been used by millions of people, and has started several companies himself.

Chuck has formed long-term relationships with brands like Epson, Toyota, Oracle, and Bosch and has won several awards for his leadership and excellence in design, including the coveted Webby Award.


Rob Pearson, CMO & EVP of Rareview

Rob Pearson

Rob is an award-winning marketing executive and digital strategist with over 15 years of experience driving revenue for brands like Men's Warehouse, Molina Healthcare, Volcom, Billabong, and SWELL. Robert is a high-integrity, energetic leader known for the ability to create successful outcomes in complex situations with a solid track record of achievement and diverse industry and functional expertise.

Combining his disciplined leadership with a unique blend of creative, strategic, and analytical strengths, he consistently generates robust ROI and remarkable revenue improvement. Robert is an expert in human behavior and works diligently in understanding why people make decisions and how those decisions influence their actions.
